ProTech Compliance, Inc. Taps i-Squared to Create Content Management Strategy

ProTech Compliance, Inc., a producer of robust vendor credentialing software for health care systems,  has adopted a content management strategy created by i-Squared for their documentation.  The approach allowed ProTech to go to market faster and to experience significant time and cost savings while providing a consistent, professional message and corporate image.

The challenge facing ProTech included satisfying multiple needs for a user base that serves multiple roles within a health care system; roles that often performed identical actions with the product.  

I-Squared used structured XML to create the content allowing all content to be stored as a single source.  Content created from this single source repository included both on-line and hard copy product documentation for the multiple user roles as well as stand-up and automated product training materials.

In addition, single sourcing of ProTech’s content allows corporate and product marketing materials to be easily produced, used, reused and updated.  Those included an automated corporate presentation and a variety of materials for marketing and promotion.
