How many cooks do you need to bake a SharePoint?

This webinar examines the variety of skill sets and roles required for success with Microsoft SharePoint®.  Special guest (and SharePoint guru) Ian Rudy from IntellaCore describes SharePoint implementation from the Technical point of view.   i-Squared will present on Enterprise Content strategy and the Information structure.

"Statistics show that only 40% of all SharePoint projects succeed.   Part of the reason the percentage is so low is that a successful implementation requires a combination of technical and out-of-the-box configuration know-how along with content management expertise.  Specialized skills and resources are needed to provide everything from confirming management buy-in and business drivers to technical issues like server provisioning, code delivery approaches,  site memory quotas, etc.    SharePoint adds the most value when all of these specialized skills are well identified and coordinated throughout the project," said Joyce Query, CEO of i-Squared.

"This webinar provides a full view of the Information Architecture and Technical Architecture components of SharePoint  and looks at the specialty skill requirements for each.  We believe it has value for everyone involved in SharePoint implementations," said Bernie Hockswender, VP Marketing  & Sales for i‑Squared.
