Enterprise Content Management - i-Squared was engaged to create and implement a content strategy for an internal portal used by central IT. The solution captured information from IBM knowledge workers who were rolling out a 3-year engagement.

Enterprise Content Management and Workflow Solutions- i-Squared was engaged to build and implement a strategy to redeploy SharePoint 2007 across the enterprise to control the sprawl of sites and duplication of information. Using i-Squared’s methodology, the redesign and necessary governance was put in place to effectively manage RightNow’s enterprise information assets.

Enterprise Content Management and Product Launch Support - i-Squared designed and built an external web site using an open source content management tool allowing ProTech Compliance employees to easily and quickly update web site content without IT intervention. To encourage customer self-serve, I-Squared also developed on-line help and automated web based training to educate users on  ProTech’s software products.

Enterprise Content Management and Original Content Development - ALCOSAN was mandated by the U.S. Clean Water Act to comply with a consent degree or face huge fines.  i-Squared helped design and implement a system to manage the consent degree information between all stakeholders. i-Squared defined the requirements, helped to short-list  and select the technology vendor, and implement the solution. 

Compliance Automation - i-Squared was engaged by Highmark's IT department to create policies and procedures documentation to help them comply with an  ITIL compliance audit and prepare for a merger with Philadelphia.  

Original Content Development - i-Squared was engaged to create operating manuals for two newly-released medical device delivery systems.

Enterprise Content Management and Original Content Development - i-Squared defined requirements for selecting a technology vendor to automate their global publication processes using structured XML. Additionally, i-Squared wrote equipment and maintenance manuals for Joy’s underground mining products.
