i-Squared is located in the Cardello Building on Pittsburgh’s North Shore at 1501 Reedsdale St.

Getting to the Cardello Building:

From the Airport/Parkway West take the West End exit (before the Ft. Pitt Tunnels). Follow Route 51 North to the first traffic light. Proceed straight through the light and under the over pass, bear left, then bear right across the West End Bridge. At the traffic light on the other end of the bridge, follow the signs to Chateau Street. Stay in the left lane on Chateau Street and take the first left onto Beaver Avenue. Go approximately 4 blocks (4/10 mi.) and the Cardello Building is on your right.

From Monroeville/Parkway East take the North Shore exit. Cross the Fort Duquesne Bridge and stay straight toward Route 65/West End Bridge. Take the Chateau Street exit. Stay in the left lane on Chateau Street and take the first left onto Beaver Avenue. Go approximately 4 blocks (4/10 mi.) and the Cardello Building is on your right.

From Route 79 North or South take Route 65 exit toward Pittsburgh. Take the Beaver Avenue exit. Go approximately 4 blocks (4/10 mi.) and the Cardello Building is on your right.

From Route 28 North follow the signs to North Shore. Follow the signs to Route 65/West End Bridge. Take the exit for Chateau Street. Stay in the left lane on Chateau Street and take the first left onto Beaver Avenue. Go approximately 4 blocks (4/10 mi.) and the Cardello Building is on your right.

From the North Hills take 279 South. Follow the signs for the Fort Pitt Bridge. Take exit 7B. Stay in the right lane and follow the signs toward the West End Bridge, then follow the signs for Chateau Street. From Chateau Street, take the first left onto Beaver Avenue. Go approximately 4 blocks (4/10 mi.) and the Cardello Building is on your right.

Parking and Finding our Office:

Just past the Cardello Building, turn right on North Point Drive. Drive past the building on your right, and turn right into the parking lot. Parking is free! Park anywhere and enter the door marked “South.” Take the elevator in the South lobby to the second floor. Our office entrance is to the left of the elevator.
